Born in Munich, Germany and raised in Europe, Nicole was fortunate to experience life and different cultures in many countries at an early age.
Fluent in 4 languages, German, English, French and Dutch, she is truly an international agent.
Last year Nicole herself was responsible for 79 real estate transactions helping both buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. Nicole attributes her success to a strong and focused commitment to her customers and strives to exceed her customer’s expectations. With over 9 years of experience in residential real estate, Nicole's and the team’s mission is to create “customers for life” and build business through referrals. First class service with dependable results is the highest priority for Nicole. “Together we can make a difference” bringing sellers and buyers together is her motto. Nicole’s nontraditional and proven sales methods produce outstanding results year after year. She belongs to the exclusive One on One Mike Ferry Coaching Organization where she is coached weekly to stay up to date on all real estate sales techniques. Her personal real estate coach keeps her focus intense, her mind set strong and skill level at an all time high, to achieve outstanding results for her sellers and buyers. Nicole says: “You might say real estate is my passion. I truly care about people...their needs and wants. Real estate is the biggest financial investment for people. I want to make sure everything runs seamless and all my customers are extremely satisfied with their transaction.”
Nicole’s other passions include horses and dogs. She is very active in rescue groups and organizations for both, specializing in the Arabian horse and Basenji dog breeds.
Enjoying a long ride on the beach or through one of the many parks here in Sonoma County is what Nicole enjoys most in her “off” time.

Shanna Ponce

Shanna Ponce has recently returned to Sonoma County after a 2 year adventure in the Phoenix area where she began her career in real estate. As an investment specialist, she aids many out of state buyers/investors in purchasing single and multi family homes as well as apartment buildings.
Shanna is a very creative thinker and enjoys the challenge of negotiating amazing opportunities for her customers. She also represents many home buyers in residential sales and has been very successful adding her “creative thinking” to those buyers as well. Since starting her real estate career, she has enjoyed sharing her market knowledge with the many home buyers, sellers and investors she has assisted in their real estate purchases.
Shanna has always enjoyed being a part of a “team”. She has joined The Busy Bee Team because she believes in “creating clients for life” and is always striving to offer excellent customer service.
Shanna’s rare “spare” time is spent doing what she enjoys most….sharing quality time with her husband and her lovely children.

| Lyndi Dannewitz was born and raised right here in beautiful Santa Rosa, Sonoma County.
Knowing Sonoma County inside and out and being a part of this community her whole life is only one of Lyndi's great attributes. Having been in the Real Estate business since 1982 she has seen many changes in the Market in both the Mortgage Business and Real Estate Sales. Lyndi is highly motivated and the happiness of her Buyers & Sellers is most important to her. Their return repeat and referral business brings great satisfaction to her and her business. Lyndi says "If they are happy, I am happy"
In her time off, Lyndi enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, ages 11 and 13. Her hobbies include running, weight training and soccer. She also enjoys being creative through Arts and Crafts and Interior Design.

She brings her previous experience as an Executive Assistant and Loan Processor to the President of Commercial West Real Estate Group to the team on a daily basis. Maegan's excellent attention to every detail, customer service skills and unwavering desire to get the job done are a huge asset to the team. Nicole says: " Maegan is amazing at what she does.
